Established in Hong Kong in 2015, Merit Entrepreneur Ltd (ME) was founded by an industry expert with over 20 years of senior management experience in the HR technology sector. Our mission is to empower HR professionals to optimize the use of technology in people management while upholding the highest standards of service.

ME launched an outsourcing services team leveraging our proprietary HR platform and app, HR on The Go (HROTG). The platform supports paperless solutions for outsourcing services such as payroll, leave applications, salaries tax filings and MPF.

our outsourcing team had already served over 1,200 personnel. Building on this success, we expanded our outsourcing business by establishing a dedicated entity, LILI Outsourcing Services Ltd (勵仂人力資源外包有限公司), aiming to deliver fast, accurate, and high-quality outsourcing experiences to clients.

Flexibility

HR on The Go supports both SaaS and on-premises deployments, enabling businesses to launch with any system module, such as the Smart Rostering System (SRS) or Smart Payroll System (SPS). It includes API swagger for seamless integration with internal systems like ERP, global HR platforms, and CRM.

Merit Entrepreneur pioneers local HR tech with AI-driven labor demand forecasting and automated rostering. Alongside traditional payroll automation, our lately launched SPS also offers budget simulation and FTE salary planning. Upcoming modules, including Appraisal, Training, and Recruitment, will address the specific needs of HR professionals in Hong Kong and the Bay Area.
