近期勞工顧問委員會已就修訂《僱傭條例》達成共識，原本的「418」規定將放寬至「468」。這意味著，僱員在4星期內為同一僱主工作滿68小時，將可享有薪病假等法定福利。這對勞工界來說無疑是一項進步，但同時也給雇主和企業管理階層帶來了額外的管理挑戰及成本壓力。
